职责描述: Ensure compliance with contract terms to all manufacturing, quality and regulatory requirements. Coordinate resources to ensure correct priorities are being addressed and forecast is attained. Implement programs that improve labor efficiency, On time delivery, continuous quality improvement, and other corporate or customer requirements. Leads the Investigation of production issues in order to solve problems that would otherwise cause manufacturing delays. Overall responsibility for the manufacturing operations ensuring assembled hardware meets quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production. Review sales and labor goals daily to monitor production status. Communicate customer needs and product status to all production and management employees to provide accurate information in order to monitor daily and weekly goals. Provide tours for current or prospective customers in order to visually display all information communicated about the company. Coordinate facilities layout to provide for proper focused factory direction in relation to process flow and WIP. Provides supervision for assigned personnel to include selection, training, performance evaluation and related duties. Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business. Additional duties as assigned. Under limited supervision of a Vice President, lead the functional team(s) supporting assigned program(s) to achieve production and customer schedules and the manufacture of quality products within cost and schedule requirements. Assist Buyer/Planner with production scheduling and cost approval. Prepare proposals including profit projections, risk analysis and risk avoidance recommendations. Prepares transition and production plan schedules, manpower requirements and staffing plans. Secondary interface with customer or customer representatives On program matters. Effectively communicates program status, negotiate issues and maintain positive relations. Proactively identify problems, their root cause and recommend (or identify and lead team to recommend) suitable solution(s) to management. Drive the implementation of improvements to remedy issue. Regularly provide constructive, verbal and written, performance feedback. Proactively correct performance deficiencies using the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process through all the required steps. Supervise the timely and accurate reporting of labor and production data. Monitor labor and expense budgets and institute necessary cost controls to meet company’s profit goal On assigned programs. Prepare and conduct presentations to senior management and external representatives. Ensure adherence to federal and state laws and company policies and procedures including: Human Resources, labor, safety, and housekeeping practices, etc. Engineering Dept. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred. Technical expertise in PCB Assembly process, SMT, RoHS Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Lean Manufacturing, IPC Standards, and Quality Systems required. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. 任职要求: Degree/Master in Electrical Engineering or related Field. At least 10 years of professional/Managerial working experience in PCBA/SMT/EMS process in a large production factory. Excellence knowledge in problem solving skills, IPC standards, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Concept, Possess demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal, creative thinking, problem solving, presentation, project management. Proficient in Vietnamese/ Mandarin/ English language both in writing and oral.
